What the store does
Know the duration.
Some packages are permanent; others last for a stated period. Read the duration, renewal information and any limits on each product page.
Understand random rewards.
Crate keys can unlock random rewards. A key is not a guarantee of a particular item or pet. Check the package and the in-game reward information before buying.
Keep account details private.
Verify the receiving Minecraft username. Do not send a password, complete card number or one-time payment code to another player or in a support ticket.
The questions that matter
Where does payment happen?
AtlasMC opens the PayPal payment page. Review the final amount there before you approve it. Then return to AtlasMC so that payment can be confirmed and the in-game delivery queued.
Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
PayPal may offer a card option without an account, depending on the buyer, country and its eligibility checks. It is not guaranteed. Use the payment options that PayPal actually displays.
My purchase has not arrived. What should I do?
Return to the order confirmation and join the matching game mode using the verified Minecraft account. If nothing arrives after 20 minutes, contact staff with the username and order ID. Do not buy the package again to fix a delivery issue.
I do not recognise a payment. What should I do?
Check the order information and contact the AtlasMC team and your payment provider promptly. Keep the order ID and receipt. Never share passwords, complete card numbers or verification codes.
Where can I read the refund rules?
Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. It explains digital delivery, possible refunds and how to request help. This guide does not replace those terms or remove mandatory consumer rights.
